We do not collect any other personal information or track your activities on the app.

Kingdom may provide you with notice through the Kingdom app or by email to the email address you provided when registering for the Kingdom app. Notice shall be deemed given twenty-four hours after email is sent, unless Kingdom is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, Kingdom may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid, to the address provided when registering for the Kingdom app. In such case, notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing.

Except as explicitly permitted under these terms and conditions, you shall not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Kingdom app.

64. The Kingdom name and logo are trademarks of Kingdom, and may not be used without permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on the Kingdom app are the property of their respective owners.

75. The Kingdom app may contain content provided by third parties, including, without limitation, advertisements and promotions. Kingdom does not control, endorse, or adopt any such content and makes no representation or warranties of any kind regarding such content, including, without limitation, its accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability. You agree that your use of any such content is solely at your own risk.

By using the Kingdom app, you agree to these terms and conditions and community guidelines. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions and community guidelines, please do not use the Kingdom app.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of the Kingdom app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. 85. Kingdom shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond Kingdom's reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation (including "line-noise" interference).

86. These terms and conditions, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Kingdom without restriction.

87. Kingdom welcomes your feedback and suggestions for improvements to the Kingdom app. By submitting any feedback or suggestions to Kingdom, you grant Kingdom a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free license to use and exploit in any manner such feedback or suggestions in connection with the Kingdom app and Kingdom's (and its successor's) business.

These terms and conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Kingdom regarding the use of the Kingdom app and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.

88. The failure of Kingdom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

90. The original English version of these terms and conditions may have been translated into other languages. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state of New South Wales, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

92. If you are a consumer, as defined in the Australian Consumer Law, the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law apply to the supply of goods and services under these terms and conditions, and cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingdom will not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of the Kingdom app.

94. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, either party may bring a claim in accordance with the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law or refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body in accordance with the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.

95. Any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which the cause of action arose.

96. The failure of Kingdom to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
